Convention Registration Instructions

Registration is open and will close on June 4.
For those needing hotel accommodations, please register by May 12 to ensure a room is available.

Membership Status, Benefits & Lodging

Current Members
(In Good Standing)

Members who have been in good standing at any point within the last three years are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Are responsible for 100% of the registration fee
  • 100% complimentary hotel room
  • Full voting rights, provided the member is present in person
  • Grant is available. Click here for Individual Grant. 

Eligible members will be added directly to the hotel room list arranged by ECD.

Current Member Registration

Non-Members
 

Individuals who attend as non-members and choose not to join ECD:

  • Are responsible for 100% of the registration fee
  • Are responsible for 100% of hotel costs
  • Do not have voting rights
  • Will receive a hotel booking link using the ECD group rate
