    By submitting this grant application, you acknowledge that parish leadership approval is required before the application can be reviewed. After submission, you will receive a confirmation copy of your completed application, and a copy will also be sent to your Deaf Ministry Leader and/or Episcopal clergy for formal approval, as well as to the ECD Grant Committee for recordkeeping. Once written approval is received from your clergy or designated ministry leader, the Episcopal Conference of the Deaf (ECD) will begin the formal review process. Applications will not move forward until parish leadership approval has been received.
